emphasize practical language instruction through thematic health units built
around most the common illnesses and treatments options, anatomy, administrative
procedures, counseling jargon, medical record keeping, drug dosing measurements,
moving and handling patients, patient education, infection control, and
typical patient communication during phone calls and while giving personal
care. Important Note: Medical personnel interested in this program must have a 500 or higher TOEFL to attend this course. It you have less than a 500 TOEFL, you may attend our regular general English classes and receive specialized tutoring in medical English. The program also includes: |
