Friendly, Professional Teachers
Astar Education Institute instructors are experienced and highly qualified. We require a minimum of a U.S. Bachelors degree or equivalent and specialization or professional experience in the classes they teach. Most have a Master’s degree or higher. Our teachers understand the difficulties learners face because they have been language learners and test takers too! To make sure our teachers are using the right approach, we also provide class evaluation forms to continually improve our services with student input.

Our Manassas, VA location allows students to study close to home in an easily accessible suburban location. Manassas, VA is located half an hour from Washington, DC giving our international students one-of-a-kind opportunities to experience US culture in America's vibrant capital city. 

China
Astar has offices in three great locations in China: Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenyang.

Beijing: Ancient culture meets one of the most rapidly modernizing nations in the world in Beijing. Home to the 2008 Summer Olympics and the seat of Chinese government, economics, culture, transportation and tourism.
Shanghai is the industrial, financial, and high-technology center of China. In 2010, Shanghai will host the World Expo and plans to invest billions of dollars in new urban infrastructure to prepare for this momentous event.
Shenyang is considered the industrial center and transportation hub for Northeast China. In November, the National Development and Reform Commission announced its approval of 100 projects that are expected to require an investment of USD 7.3 billion in order to develop this region.
